Not currently, due to being a small business. We can only offer delivery to UK addresses at this time. We will advise any changes to this on our website in the future, if this happens to change.

You do not need an account to order from us, you may use the guest checkout.

If you do choose to have an account with us, we can keep in touch with you about news of our new products and any offers.
You would be available to view any past orders and as your delivery address is already stored, this could make your checkout faster and easier.

Please make sure your delivery address is up to date, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors.

No, there is no minimum order, you can place an order for any number of items.

Please be aware that if your order is over £10.00 your order will be delivered for FREE.

If your order is under £10.00 see our checkout page, to select your preferred delivery method and costings.

If next day delivery is needed, the order must be placed before 2pm (working days only, Mon - Fri). We cannot guarantee next day delivery on a weekend or a Bank Holiday.

All balloons that are purchased through the website are delivered UN-INFLATED.
Balloons can be purchased inflated, at an extra cost, but can only be collected from WV11 by prior arrangement only and must be paid for in full, before balloons are unpacked.

PAYPAL which have high security and encryptions use 24/7 data encryption and anti - fraud technology to help keep your information secure. Its flexible and you can link your debit card or credit card to your account.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder before contacting us, as it may have placed itself in there. If nothing, please contact us with your name, address and product order details, we can then look into this for you and let you know what's next.

Parcels may be delivered by other local delivery services.

Standard order deliveries can take up to 2-3 working days. Royal Mail do state "they aim to deliver the next working day with 'First Class" but this cannot be guaranteed by us. When we send out goods we rely on our postal delivery services and delays may suffer, due to unexpected circumstances, such as bad weather. We at 'The Card Post' cannot take responsibility for delivery times. So place your orders as early as possible to receive your goods in time.
